BBC Great Coastal Railway Journeys

" I was surprised and delighted to be asked to take part by the makers of the BBC TWO Great Coastal Railway Journeys programme.

It was quite an experience having a film crew in my tiny pottery shed and meeting Michael Portillo.  He was great fun and did remarkably well with the pottery challenges I'd set for him considering the time limits.  It was an amazing day, one I shall never forget.

The episode is number 9 'Hornsea to Spurn Point' being broadcast for the first time at 6.30pm on Thursday 1st June 2023 but if you miss that it will be available on the BBC i player for a year"
